Our ingredients are grown right here in the Puget Sound by people like Mark Lovejoy, who visits campus every week with fresh produce from his organic farm in Arlington. And while we bet it’ll be some of the best carrots, potatoes and kale you’ve ever tasted, the great part is that Mark (and all of our other suppliers) follow environmentally friendly and socially responsible practices.
This means the flavorful and healthy food we serve is produced through methods that respect farmers, workers, and animals. We’re being thoughtful about our waste too, from our partnership with Food Lifeline to thinking through the plates we use. It’s a commitment not only to nourishing our communities but replenishing our shared natural resources for future generations.
